Mike Ogasapian Promoted to Senior Vice President

We are pleased to annouce that Mike Ogasapian has been promoted to Senior Vice President.

Since joining R.W. Holmes ten years ago, Mike has focused on office and industrial leasing and sales, particularly within the professional services, technology, logistics, GMP manufacturing, and life sciences sectors. He employs a client-centered, data-driven approach to develop real estate strategies tailored to his client’s specific needs, considering both current and future market trends.

A native of Woburn, Mr. Ogasapian has leased over 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and R&D space in Greater Boston for landlords and tenants. In addition to his professional work, Mike coaches girls’ hockey at Newton Country Day School and serves on the Woburn Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
