DMSE Sports takes 10,000 SF in Stoughton

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully represented DMSE in securing a 10,000-square-foot lease at 146 Campanelli Parkway, Stoughton, MA.

The strategic location of 146 Campanelli Parkway offers excellent accessibility and a facility that aligns with its growing operational needs, making it an ideal choice for DMSE to continue its growth and enhance its service offerings.

DMSE is owned by Dave McGillivray, a well-known personality in Boston, renowned for his extensive contributions to the running community. He has served as the race director for the Boston Marathon since the 1980s, bringing decades of expertise and leadership to the iconic event.

“We are pleased to have found the perfect location for DMSE,” said Mike Fahy, Associate at R.W. Holmes. “This lease is a testament to the dynamic growth of the company and its commitment to providing exceptional sports event management services. We were thrilled to advise the DMSE team and quickly find their new location.”

The new facility will support the company’s broad range of services, including event planning, race management, and logistical support for sporting events.
