Unicom Extends 80,000 SF Lease in Canton

R.W. Holmes recently negotiated an 80,000-square-foot lease renewal on behalf of UNICOM Engineering at 25 Dan Road in Canton, MA.

The firm’s Managing Director, Dean Blackey, and Director of Corporate Services, Elizabeth Holmes, represented UNICOM Engineering in the negotiations, site selection analysis, and space optimization.

UNICOM Engineering is a subsidiary of UNICOM Global, an integrated software and hardware solutions company with over 25 global locations.

The site, strategically located in Canton’s commercial district, is a 252,364-square-foot R&D/office building owned by The John Flatley Company. It serves as one of UNICOM Engineering’s key operational bases for system integration and software deployment, playing a crucial role in its growth and leadership in various sectors.
