QinetiQ Extends 68,356 SF Lease at Waltham Research Park

R.W. Holmes recently negotiated a 68,356-square-foot lease extension in Waltham, MA.

QinetiQ, an integrated global defense and security company focused on mission-led innovation, extended its R&D and Lab space at 358 Second Avenue.

R.W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the building, which is owned by Hillside Associates. R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President Arthur Amadei represented the landlord in the transaction. Colliers provided advisory services to tenant QinetiQ.

“358 Second Avenue is strategically located on Route 128 in the heart of the Central Route 128-95 submarket,” said Mr. Amadei. “We’re very pleased that QinetiQ extending its lease, making it one of the largest lease extensions in this submarket.”
