R.W. Holmes recently negotiated a 15,000-square-foot office/flex lease at 210 Littleton Road in Westford, MA, to Peak Scientific.
Peak Scientific, a UK-based nitrogen generator manufacturer that supplies and supports laboratory-grade gas generators globally, will relocate to 210 Littleton Road this spring.
R. W. Holmes Vice Presidents Mike Ogasapian, Jim Bartholomew, and Associate Bradley Sampson represented the landlord, K&L Realty, in the transaction. Hunneman’s Steve James Jim Boudrot represented the tenant.
R. W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for 210 Littleton Road. Located in Greater Boston’s MetroWest submarket, the two-story 53,000-SF Class A office/flex building is strategically located less than a half mile off Exit 32 on I-495.
