The North team recently negotiated three leases totaling 30,359 square feet of space at Forest Ridge Office Park, 85 Rangeway Road in Billerica, MA.
Meta Materials Inc., a developer of high-performance functional materials and intelligent surfaces that are scalable, sustainable, and efficient, leased 12,655 square feet. R.W. Holmes Vice Presidents Jim Bartholomew and Mike Ogasapian represented Meta Materials and the owner, K&L Realty.
ATE Systems Inc., a technology innovator and a premier developer of microwave, RF, and high-speed test systems, leased 4,826 square feet of space. Bartholomew and Ogasapian represented both the tenant and landlord.
Worldwide Tech Services, an information technology company, leased 12,878 square feet of space. Bartholomew and Ogasapian represented the landlord in the transaction. Chris Curley of Hunneman represented Worldwide Tech Services.
R. W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the building, located inside Forest Ridge Business Park, a 3-building campus totaling 150,000 SF of office, flex, and lab space minutes off Route 3. Each of the buildings are 50,000 SF on two floors and have robust power, loading, and multipurpose capability.
