Bedford leases total 14,404 SF

Three leases totaling 14,404 square feet of space at 175 Middlesex Turnpike, Bedford, MA.

In all three transactions, David Gilkie, Senior Vice President at R.W. Holmes, represented the landlord, ConRes. In addition to being headquartered in the building, ConRes, an IT solutions provider, hired R.W. Holmes as the exclusive leasing agent for 175 Middlesex Turnpike, an Office/Flex/Lab building.

• Photonic Systems Inc, a provider of innovative RF and photonic solutions, leased 7,108 square feet.
• CoMap, which provides curriculum resources and professional development programs for educators and students, leased 4,776 square feet of space.
• Premier Capital, LLC, which specializes in acquiring, financing, managing, and liquidating middle market real estate, debt, and equity instruments, leased 2,520 square feet

“Considering the demand for small to mid-size office and laboratory spaces in Bedford and the surrounding Route 128 market, we were pleased for all parties involved to put these deals together,” said Mr. Gilkie. “Thanks to 175 Middlesex’s convenient location, a full-service cafeteria, ample parking, and charging station for electric vehicles, we know our tenants will enjoy their new spaces.”
