Mike Ogasapian Promoted to Vice President

Mike Ogasapian joined R.W. Holmes eight years ago, specializing in office and industrial leasing and sales within the professional services, technology, logistics, GMP manufacturing, and life sciences sectors. Client-centered and data-driven, he strives to understand his client’s unique needs and crafts a real estate strategy based on current and projected market conditions.

A Woburn native, Mr. Ogasapian has been vital to RWH’s expansion into the Route 128 and Route 3 North markets. Over his career, Mike has leased over one million square feet of Office, Industrial, and R&D space in Greater Boston on behalf of both landlords and tenants. In addition to his work at RWH, Mike also coaches girl’s hockey at Newton Country Day School and sits on the board of directors of the Woburn Chamber of Commerce.
