Northborough Building Sells for $3,150,000

Jim Bartholomew of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 100 Bearfoot Rd in Northborough, MA to Monocled Tycoon for $3.15 million. The 19,800 SF flex/warehouse building sold with a longterm tenant, RICOH, in place and a vacancy of 6,600 SF which Bartholomew was able to fill with a new tenant, MWNA. Joel Aho of Aho Properties represented the seller, Sweeney Properties.

MWNA is a subsidiary of the German company Maerkisches Werk (MWH) which is the global market leader in the development, production and remanufacturing of cylinder head systems and components for large-bore, combustion engines as well as high-performance racing engines.

The building is located on 4.3 acres and has the potential to be expanded by 15-20,000 additional SF.
