Dean Blackey and Elizabeth Holmes assisted Boston Roofing who purchased the 8,500 SF flex building. Kevin Brawley of Colliers represented the seller, American Bio. Blackey and Holmes also secured the buyer for American Bio’s 2019 sale of neighboring 17 Erie Boston Roofing is a full-service roofing contractor with over 25 years of experience in the Greater Boston area. They will be relocating their Wellesley office to accommodate recent growth and to consolidate operations into one location.
