R.W. Holmes Realty Represents Mattress Firm in 142,000 SF Lease

R.W. Holmes Realty has completed the leasing of 142,000 SF of distribution space located at 32 Forge Park in Franklin to Mattress Firm. John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty represented Mattress Firm working in partnership with Damian Rivera from ESRP, while Danielle Simbliaris of CBRE represented the owner, Invesco.

Mattress Firm occupies the entire building for their regional distribution. They are headquartered in Houston, Texas with over 2,000 national locations.
