R.W. Holmes Realty Leases 19,500 SF in Franklin

R.W. Holmes Realty announced that John Eysenbach has completed the leasing of 19,500 SF of office/warehouse space located at 40 Kenwood Circle in Franklin to Hoshizaki Northeastern Distribution Centers, Inc. 

The space will be used as a distribution center for their commercial product line which includes ice machines, reach-in refrigerators, freezers and related parts and accessories. Their previous location was in Watertown, MA.
