R.W. Holmes Realty Leases 84,376 SF in Franklin

R.W. Holmes Realty announced that John Eysenbach has completed the leasing of 84,376 SF of office/warehouse space located at 17 Forge Parkway in Franklin to AR Metallizing. John Eysenbach represented the tenant and CBRE represented the landlord. AR Metallizing will be the sole tenant in the building. 

AR Metallizing is the leading manufacturer of metallized papers and films to provide high end packaging and labeling to premium brands globally.
