R.W. Holmes Sells Holliston Property – $2.1M

R.W. Holmes Realty’s John Eysenbach completed the sale of 390 Hopping Brook Rd., Holliston, MA.  The 15,915 SF warehouse building was purchased for $2,100,000. Eysenbach acted as the agent for the seller while Jason Cort of AIS CRE, Inc. represented the buyer.

The building resides on a 3.92 acre lot in Hopping Brook Park – one of the prominent business parks in Holliston. The property allows for an additional 14,000 SF of expansion space.
