MathWorks Expands in Michigan

R.W. Holmes Realty recently assisted its longtime client, The MathWorks, Inc. in leasing 28,000 SF of office space at Haggerty Office Centre V in Novi, Michigan. In addition to its headquarters in Natick, MA, MathWorks has locations in 33 countries around the world and employs approximately 5,000 people. Their mathematical and engineering software programs enable innovation for many of the world’s largest companies and leading academic institutions including Amazon, Pfizer, Tesla, Harvard, and Carnegie Mellon, and generate about $1 billion in revenue annually. MathWorks will occupy the entire 2nd floor of the Haggerty Office Centre V, a first-class office building owned by Northern Equities Group which was represented by CBRE.
