R.W. Holmes Sells 112,000 SF Westwood Property – $15.5M

R.W. Holmes Realty’s Dean Blackey completed the sale of 349-365 University Avenue, Westwood, MA.  Seyon Group purchased the building for $15,500,000 from Bradshaw Westwood Trust. Blackey acted as the agent for the seller while Taryn Wilson of NKF secured the buyer for the property. 349-365 University Ave. is a 112,000 square foot warehouse building on 6.8 acres and located less than a mile from Westwood Station. The building was fully occupied at the time of the sale.
