R.W. Holmes Sells Bellingham Property- $7M

R.W. Holmes Realty’s John Eysenbach has completed the sale of 24 Williams Way in Bellingham, MA.  Frozen 4, LLC purchased the building for $7,000,000 from William Way Partners.  Eysenbach acted as the exclusive agent for the seller and secured the buyer for the property.

24 Williams Way is a 50,000 square foot Office/Flex building on 2.99 acres.  The building provides easy access to I-495 and local amenities. Frozen 4, LLC will utilize the building for their business operations.
