R.W. Holmes Realty is pleased to announce over 54,000 SF of leases have been completed to bring Lincoln North to 90% occupied. The building, located at 55 Old Bedford Road in Lincoln, was only 55% leased when Real Capital Solutions acquired the property.
Real Capital Solutions has put extensive capital into the building to upgrade common area amenities, improve infrastructure, and create an attractive environment for tenants. Recent leases at Lincoln North include THD, a marketing agency that took 22,000 SF, Vodia Capital, a financial services firm that signed a 10 year deal, MVP, a startup robotics company, and Georgia Tech Research Institute which expanded their existing footprint in the building.
