R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the leasing of 12,232 SF at 225 Turnpike Road, Southborough to Boston Institute of Biotechnology. BIoB previously occupied 5,060 SF in the building but due to strong growth expanded their footprint within the building.

225 Turnpike Road is a 72,000 SF, three story office building on Route 9, Southborough. The building features highway access, tailboard loading, local ownership and recently updated common areas and Route 9 signage. The Boston Institute for Biotechnology suite at 225 Turnpike features several isolated and flexible lab spaces.

The Boston Institute of Biotechnology is a contract research and development organization that provides full spectrum services for microbial fermentation and mammalian cell culture processes. Their mission is to establish long term strategic partnerships within the biotech, biopharma, pharma, and animal health communities.
