R.W. Holmes Sells 201 Flanders Rd, Westboro for $4.9M

R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of 201 Flanders Road, Westboro to R.J. Kelly Company for $4,900,000. The buyer plans to convert the property into a first class self-storage facility. The site is fully permitted.

201 Flanders Road, Westborough, MA is a 64,200 SF warehouse/office building that sits on approximately 5.46 acres. The building is comprised of 5,000 SF of office on the second floor and 59,200 SF of air conditioned warehouse space. The buyer obtained an $8.9 million loan from Cambridge Savings Bank in order to convert the warehouse space property into self storage.
