R.W. Holmes Sells 1 Cabot Road for $6.9 M

The 495/Metrowest team of Craig Johnston, Garry Holmes, and Jim Bartholomew of R.W. Holmes Realty, announced it has completed the sale of 1 Cabot Road in Hudson, MA on behalf of K & L Realty Inc. The Buyer (Creative Cabot, LLC) has retained the RW Holmes team to market the remaining vacant space in the building.

1 Cabot Road is a 69,272 square foot first class office building conveniently located at the interchange of Route 85 and 290/I-495. The property offers a convenient location within walking distance of amenities including restaurants, banks, sandwich shops, a grocery store and more. The building also has an updated fitness center with showers and an attractive two store lobby with common area.

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. represented the owner, K&L Realty Inc., and procured the buyer.
