Strelke of R.W. Holmes Leases 48,816 SF to Burke Distributing Corporation

R.W. Holmes is pleased to announce the leasing of 48,816 SF of commercial real estate to Burke Distributing Corporation (BDC) which represents an expansion in the East Randolph Industrial Park. BDC now occupies space at 65 & 78 Teed Drive. East Randolph Industrial Park is a 10-Building, 500,000-SF Industrial Park.

From the dreams of a small-town grocer, BDC expanded its retail market during the post prohibition era to become a leading distributor of alcohol including Miller, Coors, Guinness, Mike’s Lemonade, Red Bull and now spirits. BDC is currently under the direction of the third generation of family, where they continue to provide superior customer service and support to local communities.

The owner of the park is Atlantic Management. Robert Strelke, Vice President of R.W. Holmes, was the sole broker in this transaction.
