R.W. Holmes Realty Leases 37,000 SF in Kenwood Industrial Park, Franklin

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing of 37,000 SF of first class flex space for both Delta T Distributors and Rypos Inc. at the Kenwood Industrial Park in Franklin, Massachusetts. Delta T Distributors leased 17,100 SF while Rypos Inc. leased 20,000 SF.

Delta T Distributors provides energy-efficient heating and cooling systems for commercial and residential use. The company offers geothermal and solar energy solutions as well as hydronics, distribution services, and sheet metal manufacturing. Rypos Inc. is now headquartered in Franklin, Massachusetts and manufactures advanced diesel emission control systems.
