R.W. Holmes Realty Leases over 16,000 SF at 2 Willow Street, Southborough

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing of 16,264 SF of first class office space for Fitts Insurance and Thermoflow at 2 Willow Street in Southborough, Massachusetts. Fitts Insurance leased 6,264 SF and Thermoflow leased 10,000 SF.

Fitts Insurance is a state-of-the-art insurance agency serving the needs of businesses, families and individuals throughout eastern and central Massachusetts. Thermoflow is a leading developer of thermal engineering software for the power and cogeneration industries and provides the world’s most popular program for designing gas turbine-based plants.
