R.W. Holmes Realty Leases 30,000 SF in Easton, MA

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing of 20,000 SF of first class office space to Vestcom New Century at 5 Norfolk Avenue Easton, Massachusetts and 10,000 SF of first class office and warehouse space to New England Sound Proofing at 40 Norfolk Avenue Easton, Massachusetts.

Vestcom New Century manufactures and supplies labeling systems to retail and industrial clients. Products include bar coding, signage, cards, and other printed media.

New England Soundproofing provides soundproofing to residential and commercial projects. They also provide home improvement, renovation, and historical recreation services as well as project consulting.

Robert Strelke of R.W. Holmes Realty was the sole broker in both transactions.
