679 Worcester Road is a 13,000 sf first class office building located on Route 9, with great signage and visibility to over 45,000 cars per day. One of the buyer’s companies, TalentBurst, will be occupying the building. The award-winning staffing firm currently has five locations: Boston, San Franciso, Toronto, New Delhi, Milwaukee, and Houston. The company works directly with Fortune 500 companies in the US and Canada, specializing in contract and contract-to-permanent roles.

The second floor will remain occupied by the current tenant, Hadlock Law Offices.
