R.W. Holmes’s senior vice president Arthur Amadei recently brokered a 24,000 square foot lease deal between Vinfen Corporation and Hamlen Company at 61 Innerbelt Road in Somerville, MA. While Amadei represented the landlord, Lisa DonFrancesco of Saint James Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant in the deal.

The property is located in the popular Somerville/Chelsea industrial area and features HVAC and sprinkler systems throughout, making it perfect for occupancy by the client. Vinfen is a private, nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive service to adults with psychiatric, developmental and behavioral disabilities.
