900 Mount Laurel Circle Sold

We are pleased to announce the sale of 900 Mount Laurel Circle in Shirley, MA.

The 8,000-square-foot industrial/R&D building, located on a two-acre site, was purchased by Lazaro Paving Corporation for $1,055,000. The seller was Mount Laurel Realty, LLC.

R. W. Holmes’ Jim Bartholomew and Bradley Sampson represented the seller.

“900 Mount Laurel Circle had several suitors throughout the marketing process that needed a standalone flex/industrial building, given the restricted supply in the market,” said Mr. Sampson. “We were happy to create a market for the sale to Lazaro, who now owns 4 out of the 7 parcels on Mount Laurel Circle.”
