R.W. Holmes Successfully Achieves Full Occupancy at 1466 Main Street
We are pleased to announce that 1466 Main Street, Waltham, has reached full occupancy, demonstrating our firm’s commitment to finding innovative ways to fill vacant office space for our clients.
BrightSpec, a life science tools company commercializing molecular rotational resonance spectroscopy, became the newest tenant at 1466 Main Street, securing a 5,600-SF space at the 14,514-square-foot light lab use and office building.
Earlier in 2023, Quantum Diamond Technologies Inc. leased 5,811 SF at the property for their light lab/R&D use.
