Affera Takes 6,075 SF Office/Flex Space at 175 Middlesex Turnpike, Bedford

Affera signs two lease agreements totaling 6,075 square feet of office and flex space at 175 Middlesex Turnpike.

Affera, a medical technology company specializing in solutions for the cardiac arrhythmia market, leased 5,575 square feet earlier this year and has now expanded to 6,075 square feet.

R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President David Gilkie represented the landlord, ConRes IT Solutions, while Joe Doyle of Cresa represented the tenant.

According to Mr. Gilkie, “175 Middlesex Turnpike offers attractive office, R&D, and light lab spaces for lease. The building boasts amenities such as an electric car charging station and ample parking.”
