R.W. Holmes Named Leasing Agent for 123,852 SF Premier Office Building In Burlington
Capstone Properties has appointed the firm as the exclusive leasing agent for 70 Blanchard Road in Burlington, MA.
Located on 4.93 acres, the 5-story, 123,852 square-foot premier office building provides tenants with amenity-rich spaces. The building offers a range of spaces currently available for lease between 2,695 SF and 21,400 SF.
R.W. Holmes Vice President Mike Ogasapian, Senior Vice President David Gilkie, Director of Corporate Services Elizabeth Holmes, and Associate Bradley Sampson will lead the leasing efforts on behalf of Capstone at 128 Corporate Center.
