R. W. Holmes Leases 21,843 SF in Franklin

R.W. Holmes recently negotiated a new 21,843-square-foot industrial lease for our client NEFAB Packaging in Franklin, MA.

NEFAB, a global industrial packaging provider that offers packaging solutions and logistics services to customers worldwide, is relocating from Bellingham, MA, to 20 Liberty Way in Franklin.

R. W. Holmes Executive Vice President John Eysenbach represented NEFAB in the transaction. CBRE represented the landlord, Stannah Property, LLC.
