R.W. Holmes Named Agent for 212,000 SF Industrial Park in Stoughton

Berkeley Partners has appointed the firm as the exclusive leasing agent for Tosca Drive Industrial Park in Stoughton, MA.

Located on 14.8 acres at 71-312 Tosca Drive, the six-building, 212,000-square-foot park provides tenants with flexible industrial, flex, and R&D space. Spaces between 2,800 SF and 11,000 SF are currently available for lease.

Under new ownership as of 2022, Berkeley Partners is upgrading the infrastructure, façade, parking lot, and white box spaces at the Tosca Drive Industrial Park. Headquartered in Oakland, CA, and founded in 2005, Berkeley Partners is a national real estate investment, property, and leasing management firm.

Managing Director Dean Blackey, Vice President Mike Ogasapian, Director of Corporate Services Elizabeth Holmes, and Associate Michael Fahy will lead the leasing efforts on behalf of Berkeley at Tosca Drive Industrial Park.

“Berkeley Partners has been growing a sizable industrial portfolio in Massachusetts, and we’re excited to be working with them on this project,” said Mr. Blackey. “The six-building park provides 14 feet clear height, 24 loading docks, and is undergoing several capital improvements to create a first-class experience for tenants.”
