R.W. Holmes Brokers 10,000 SF for Atlantic Management in Easton

R.W. Holmes recently brokered a new 10,000-square-foot industrial lease in Easton Industrial Park in Easton, MA.

Precision Doors & Hardware, commercial doors, frames, and hardware supplier, signed the new lease for 10,000 SF at 19 Norfolk Drive.

R.W. Holmes Vice President Robert Strelke represented the landlord, Atlantic Management. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.

R.W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for 19 Norfolk Drive.
