Posted by Anne on November 16, 2022

Mike Ogasapian joined R.W. Holmes eight years ago, specializing in office and industrial leasing and sales within the professional services, technology, logistics, GMP manufacturing, and life sciences sectors. Client-centered and data-driven, he strives to understand his client’s unique needs and crafts a real estate strategy based on current and projected market conditions.

“Since joining R.W. Holmes, Mike’s dedication and focus on understanding our client’s needs has allowed him to build an invaluable wealth of market knowledge of the Route 128/Route 3 North markets,” said Garry Holmes, President of R.W. Holmes. “He has been integral to our growth, and we wanted to acknowledge that. Our entire team joins me in congratulating Mike on his well-deserved promotion.”

A Woburn native, Mr. Ogasapian has been vital to RWH’s expansion into the Route 128 and Route 3 North markets. Over his career, Mike has leased over one million square feet of Office, Industrial, and R&D space in Greater Boston on behalf of both landlords and tenants. In addition to his work at RWH, Mike also coaches girl’s hockey at Newton Country Day School and sits on the board of directors of the Woburn Chamber of Commerce.
