Raynham Industrial Building 100% Leased Before Completion
WAYLAND, MA — R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, has arranged nine leases for Ryan Industrial Park’s 67,000-square-foot new spec industrial building at 50 Ryan Drive, making it fully leased before completion.
Among the recent leases signed that brought the building to full occupancy was a lease with Floors & Walls for 13,000 square feet. Other new tenants include Mike’s Music, Central Glass, Calise & Son’s Bakery, and Mass Drifters.
In all nine transactions, R.W. Holmes Vice President Bob Strelke represented the tenants and landlord, Ryan Industrial Park.
“In the Route 24 Market, there was an unmet need for users looking for space in the 5,000-15,000 square feet range,” stated Strelke. “We were pleased to work with an owner who recognized this and developed a quality product.”
The park includes 170,000 SF of space in 3 separate buildings on 20 acres with easy access to I-495 and Route 24.
