Haverhill Flex building sells for $3.4MM
Located at 242 Neck Road, the building was acquired by Richardson Green, Inc. R.W. Holmes Vice President Jim Bartholomew represented the seller and procured the buyer.
Built in 1965 and renovated in 1986, the property has 75 surface parking spaces and is 100 percent occupied—the 22,541 SF building sold for $3.4 million.
