Posted by Anne on September 8, 2022

Industrial Video & Control, a manufacturer of rugged IP cameras and video management software for industrial, commercial, and military applications, leased 6,168 SF from Legacy Real Estate Ventures at 189 Wells Avenue in Newton.

R. W. Holmes, Director of Corporate Services Elizabeth Holmes and Managing Director Dean Blackey represented Industrial Video & Control in the transaction. Newmark represented Legacy Real Estate Ventures.

“We’re pleased to have quickly found a great new headquarters for Industrial Video & Control,” said Ms. Holmes. “Our client needed to relocate due to the building’s conversion to lab space, and we appreciate IV&C trusting us as their advisor to make quick and creative decisions to get them into a new space that fits their current and future needs.”

“Legacy Real Estate Ventures was great to work with, and we were able to close the deal pretty quickly,” added Mr. Blackey.
