Sutton Flex/Warehouse Building and Adjacent Land Parcel Sells for Combined Value of $2.95M

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. Vice President, John Eysensbach secured the buyer, MIG Inc, in the sale of 12 John Rd in Sutton, MA for $1.98. The property, located in the Burnap Industrial Park on Rt 146, is a 32,960 SF flex/ warehouse building with multiple tenants.  In a related transaction, Eysenbach assisted MIG in the purchase of the adjacent 19 acres at 16R Worcester Providence Turnpike. MIG will occupy 11,000 SF in the flex/warehouse building immediately while they complete the permitting and build a 40,000 SF warehouse on the adjacent parcel. The extra 30,000 SF will be available for lease as of Q1 2022.  Marty Green of Marty Green Properties represented the Seller.  

MIG, Inc. is a public sector bridge construction firm operating in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Their services include bridge construction, demolition, pile driving, and dam construction.
