R.W. Holmes Realty announced that John Eysenbach has completed the sale of 15 Walkup Drive, Westborough, MA to M&M Moving. Eysenbach acted as the exclusive agent for the seller, MWS Realty Trust. The Buyer was assisted by Warren Brown of Boston Commercial Properties. 

15 Walkup Drive is a 25,700 SF office and warehouse building located on 3.13 acres. M&M Moving, incorporated in 2006, is well-known for local and long-distance moving services all over the east coast.
