Working on behalf of the ownership group, MSIC, RW Holmes has been selected the exclusive agent for Paragon Towers in Newton.  Located at 233 Needham Street in Newton, Paragon Towers is a Class A 60,000 SF office building along the newly reinvigorated Needham Street.

Needham Street is home to the new Nexus retail development by Crosspoint, as well as the headquarter locations for some of the area’s prominent corporate citizens such as Village Bank, Boston Ballet, and Examity – the 7th fastest growing company in Massachusetts.

Paragon Towers is efficiently designed to offer attractive suites as small as 1,100 SF.  These are the first vacancies since MSIC purchased the building in 2017, who stated that they see little turnover in the building.  MSIC occupies part of the fifth floor for their corporate offices.  The building also includes an amenity floor with a fitness center and café lounge, renovated lobby, and covered parking.

For more information on the property or to schedule a showing, please contact Dean Blackey, Managing Director, or Elizabeth Holmes, Director of Corporate Services, at 508-655-5626.
