R.W. Holmes Realty is pleased to announce over 54,000 SF of leases have been completed to bring Lincoln North to 90% occupied.  The building, located at 55 Old Bedford Road in Lincoln, was only 55% leased when Real Capital Solutions acquired the property.

Real Capital Solutions has put extensive capital into the building to upgrade common area amenities, improve infrastructure, and create an attractive environment for tenants.  Common area improvements include updated food service by Sebastian’s, modernized lounge and cafeteria, lobby improvements, updated fitness center, a bike share program, upgrades to the common roof decks, and shared conference/training facilities.  Additional improvements are scheduled for 2020 to further meet the needs of existing and future tenants.

Recent leases at Lincoln North include THD, a marketing agency that took 22,000 SF, Vodia Capital, a financial services firm that signed a 10 year deal, MVP, a startup robotics company, and Georgia Tech Research Institute which expanded their existing footprint in the building.

Larry Smith of Cranberry Hill Associates has led the property management efforts and has been instrumental in the expansions of existing tenants.  The Rt 128 Team for R.W. Holmes Realty comprising of Dean Blackey, Mike Ogasapian, and Elizabeth Holmes have worked to rebrand and reinvigorate the property to make it a top destination for tenants looking for high quality, value office space along Rt 128.

15,000 SF remain available at Lincoln North, which can be subdivided down to 4,000 SF.
