Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes Assists 1st Light Energy in Relocation to Hudson

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. is pleased to announce that 6,500 SF has been leased to 1st Light Energy at 19 Robert Bonazzoli Ave in Hudson, MA. The property is a 13,800 sf industrial manufacturing building situated in the Riverside Industrial Park, about 3 miles from I-495 and right off Route 63 in Hudson. 1st Light was in need of a space that meets their mix of warehousing and office needs with closer access to Route 495.
