Holmes Realty is pleased to announce the lease execution of 16,500 SF by B&G Restaurant Supply Inc., which brings 369 University Avenue in Westwood up to 100% occupancy.  369 University Avenue is a 112,651 SF warehouse/flex building that is strategically located at the University Avenue / Route 128 interchange with access to Route 1 and I-95. Dean Blackey represented the owner while Peter Quinn of Quinn and Associates represented the Tenant.

B&G Restaurant Supply Inc. is a family-run foodservice equipment and supply distributor that also offers design and project management. They have been in business for over 25 years.
