Holmes, Blackey Sell $6.45 Million Dedham Building

On behalf of Vision Realty Dedham LLC, the team of Garry Holmes and Dean Blackey of R.W. Holmes Realty have completed the sale of 910 Washington Street in
910-Washington-5-300x200Dedham to Dedham MOB LLC which is an entity controlled by Whelan Associates.

Built in 2012, 910 Washington Street is a 22,388 SF medical office building located directly off Route 128 within walking distance of Legacy Place and the commuter rail.  The location provides billboard exposure to over 130,000 commuters daily.  The building itself is two-stories with green design for maximum efficiency and sustainability.

Steve Woelfel from Colliers represented Greater Boston Urology that will be the lead tenant for the building.
