The team of Garry Holmes and Dean Blackey of R.W. Holmes Realty closes sale of 18,000 SF at 55 Border Street, Newton, MA to Quarter Realty Trust.

55 Border Street is an office/manufacturing building in West Newton directly off the Mass Pike with easy access to the West Newton train station.  The building includes a tailboard dock as well as drive-in door along with heavy power.

Garry Holmes represented the seller, Border Realty Trust while Dean Blackey represented the buyer, Quarter Realty Trust.
