R.W. Holmes sells Cabot Woods
R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 2 Cabot Road, Hudson, Massachusetts to Cabot Woods LLC, a subsidiary of K & L Realty LLC of Worcester. R.W. Holmes represented K & L in the $3,875,000 purchase.
Ideally located next to the intersections of I-290, I-495, Routes 85 and 20, 2 Cabot is a first-class, red brick office-R&D building with tinted ribbon windows and a dramatic atrium lobby. K & L Realty plans extensive upgrades including a redesigned lobby and new HVAC system. The office park is also re-branded with the name of “Cabot Woods”. George K.
