Ashland Technology Center is a 340,000 SF multi-tenanted office/R&D three (3) building complex in the heart of the Metro West high-tech corridor located within minutes of Route 9, I-495, I-95, The Mass Pike, and approximately 40 minutes from downtown Boston. The interior and exterior are fully renovated including new windows and mechanical and electrical systems.

The complex was 95% occupied at the time of closing.
