$2.3M Sale of 3-Acre Industrial Storage Property Closed in Tewksbury, MA

We are pleased to announce the successful sale of 1628 -1636 Shawsheen Street in Tewksbury, MA.The 3-acre site sold for $2,300,000. R.W. Holmes represented the seller, the Fortier Family, while MassMulch acquired the property.

MassMulch, a growing landscape supply company serving residential and commercial customers across Massachusetts, plans to utilize the site to store materials and better serve its growing customer base.
