10,500 SF Lease Brings Needham Property to 100% Occupancy

Dean Blackey and Elizabeth Holmes of R.W. Holmes Realty recently completed the leasing of 10,500 SF at 33 4th Ave in Needham to United Cleaning and Restoration. The deal brings this 17,700 SF flex property to 100% occupancy. Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant, while R.W. Holmes represented the owner, State Properties of New England.

United Cleaning & Restoration LLC has 80 total employees across all its locations; its headquarters are located in Middlefield, CT.
